Intentions

“It’s interesting as I age that every conversation I have becomes about what the person’s true intentions are as you smile along with them so they don’t realize you’ve caught on. Sure, most peoples’ are true, but that seemingly negligent number can have all your work come crashing down if you’re not careful. A therapist will call them trust issues, but it’s kept me out of murky water in dire times.”
